What are home care rates?
We don't charge a flat fee. Our charge is simple, affordable, honest and fair.Our rates are based on the level of care needed by the client. To get a personalized quote or schedule a free assessment,please call us.
What are my Payment option and Billing procedure?
The services we provide is non-medical and therefore not covered by Medicare. We accept the following payment options:
Medicaid: We accept Traditional medicaid client
Private Pay-we accept debit cards and major credits cards and personal checks
Long term care Insurance. If you have a long term care insurance, your doctor will assess you for need of our service and your long term care insurance will pay you the money for our services.
Reverse Mortgages. A mortgage Specialist can assist you to answer question on funding for our service.
Some of our caregivers get paid weekly and some every two weeks. We bill you every Friday. Billing statements are mailed out at the end of every month.
Veteran Aid and Attendance Benefit. Wartime Veteran or their surviving spouses, who meet certain medical and financial requirements can get fund to pay for our service. Once approved a Veteran is eligible for a lifetime of home care assistance service at NO COST. We partner with Veteran Benefit coordinators who will assist veterans or their surviving spouses determine their eligibility FREE OF CHARGE.
Do I need to sign a contract for your service?
We provide either short term or long term non-contract service. We are available to serve you only when you need us, at a moment notice and on your schedule.
What type of licensing and insurance does your agency carry?
We are licensed by Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. We also carry liability and bond insurance on all caregivers.
How flexible is your scheduling and what is your back up plan for service?
If you desire to change your schedule around, give us 24 hours notice and we'll get it changed. We keep a minimum of two caregivers trained and informed on your service plan so if a caregiver has to call in sick your are not left without service.
